Welcome to the Detroit metro region! Please find a list of active conventions, tournaments or events below. There are five simple steps to booking your reservation(s). If at anytime you have questions, please contact our Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau staff for assistance at (800) DETROIT or (800) 338-7648. Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST.

Events Terms and Conditions

Prices stated relate solely to the hotel and event in question. No other deals or discounts can be used in conjunction with the negotiated rate of the event.

The hotels listed include various amenities; therefore, you are responsible for choosing the hotel which best fits your needs. In the event your desired hotel is not available, please select alternate accommodations. Only the available hotels will appear for the date range selected.

All prices, terms and conditions, dates and features are subject to change without notice or withdrawal. Unless otherwise noted, prices do not include airfare, transportation, gratuities, meals, passports, visa fees and items of a personal nature.

Cancellation policies and refunds:

The credit card provided will be used to guarantee your room(s) for arrival. The hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card in the event the room is not properly canceled within the terms of the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please clarify the stated cancellation policy with the individual hotel once your reservation(s) is confirmed if it is unclear.

If you need to cancel your reservation prior to the cut off date for online bookings, please fax the cancellation request directly to 313-202-1846 or email the request to jfrancis@visitdetroit.com. For any other change, or cancellation after the cut off date for online bookings, please contact the hotel directly. You may not cancel your reservation online.

Guests agree that the Detroit Metro Convention & Visitors Bureau will not be held responsible for the individual components of packages, acts of God and transportation. All travelers travel at their own risk and agree to hold harmless all direct, proximate and consequential damages resulting from package components.
